With Resist 2, all you need is at least one resistance band and you’re ready for three weeks of personalized workouts that will boost your strength and muscle growth.

This program includes four workouts a week with “push,” “pull” and “full body” days that enable you to do more reps at a higher intensity while still promoting healthy recovery. Resist 2 is designed to ensure you maintain your gains over time!

You’ll also have blocks of resistance band exercises for your arms to get you maximum results. Resist 2 will turn you into a pro at curl and triceps extension variations. These exercises pump more blood into your muscles, making them look bigger.
