With Miracle Morning 2, you’ll feel more energized, structured, upbeat and clear headed before starting your workday.

You’ll get four workouts a week packed with a variety of exercises and unique content. Every morning, you’ll do circuits of strength training, core training or yoga sessions. These routines are adapted to match your physical ability and gradually get more challenging to gently wake your body up.

This program is all about being more productive in the morning and taking some time for yourself before your everyday life takes over.
