Hybrid’s workout schedule, protocols and exercises were specifically chosen for the ultimate variety and maximum intensity.

This cross training program guarantees outstanding results after just three weeks of training. For four days a week, you’ll take on these tough workouts to put your body to the test and bring out its best.

Each day you’ll get a simple, yet extremely effective, workout plan consisting of:

  • One strength training block with a mix of dumbbell and bodyweight exercises to build muscle and strength in your upper, lower or entire body

  • Two unique WODs (workout of the day) that will pull you out of your comfort zone to fortify your body and mind

  • One stretching block to keep injuries at bay

The Hybrid program contains exercises such as bent-over rows, bench presses, squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, dips, push-ups, military presses, plank rows, sit-ups, weighted crunches and more.

With FizzUp, you’ll get just the right amount of volume and intensity during these cross training workouts to ensure your body makes progress. The entire Hybrid program uses your performance data to automatically calibrate your workouts for optimal physical demand.
