The Sweet Dreams program is part of the FizzUp service. By taking out a FizzUp Premium subscription you will have access to the 250 programs available on FizzUp. Plans range from 1 month to 12 months.
The program consists of 12 sessions, which we recommend spreading over 2 to 3 weeks. There are optional blocks that you can add depending on your available time and motivation.
FizzUp has a whole section available free of charge. 12 programs are freely accessible. All the others are part of FizzUp Premium.
