Is Strong Legs the right program for me?

This training plan is perfect for building your leg muscles, with or without equipment—dumbbells are entirely optional. The program starts with a level assessment in your first session, which helps set the difficulty of each workout. This way, the program is personalized to your goals and preferences.

Reps and session lengths are adjusted based on that initial assessment, so there’s no pressure—progress will be visible no matter what. Core exercises like Bulgarian split squats, regular squats, side lunges, and glute bridges—all doable with or without dumbbells—form the foundation of the program.
