For the Strong Knees program, FizzUp has selected the best exercises to help prevent knee pain. The method is built around three key pillars: strengthening the knees, stabilizing them, and improving flexibility.

Each pillar follows a clearly defined training approach, including circuit strength training, isometric work, joint mobility, and short cardio sessions that combine explosiveness, balance, and proprioception.

The FizzUp method offers 3-week training plans, with 20- to 30-minute sessions, three times a week. These recommendations are fully adjustable and fit easily into a busy schedule.

In every workout, you’re guided step by step through each exercise, whether it’s based on time or repetitions. Rest periods are clearly indicated as well. You’re fully supported in managing your knee pain. Each exercise comes with a detailed video demonstration and audio guidance. You can also choose optional blocks to complete your session.

The Strong Knees program is structured around several key areas:

  • Strength and cardio training to target all the muscles around the knee: quadriceps, hamstrings, adductors, glutes, as well as the core and lower back;
  • Isometric exercises to improve muscle endurance, especially in the thighs;
  • Proprioception work to help you better sense your body’s position in space through stability and control exercises;
  • Mobility training to support strength work by helping your body reduce stiffness and movement restrictions;
  • Stretching to relax the muscles and relieve tension caused by training.

Each area is covered in dedicated sessions to ensure a comprehensive, full-body approach.

Your program sessions last between 10 and 40 minutes. They adapt to your fitness level by adjusting the number of repetitions based on your ability, which is why the duration may vary from person to person. Optional blocks can be completed or skipped depending on your motivation. This allows you to choose the length of your session so it fits into your personal schedule and availability.
