Within this program, you will focus on three key areas: full-body bodyweight strength exercises, targeted exercises for specific areas such as the upper body or legs, and core and abs training to develop a strong upper body while enabling effective power transfer between upper and lower body.

FizzUp provides three-week training plans, with sessions lasting between 20 and 30 minutes, three times per week. These recommendations are fully adjustable and designed to fit seamlessly into even the busiest schedules.

During each workout, you are guided step by step, with the duration or number of repetitions for each exercise clearly indicated. Rest periods are also specified. Every exercise is accompanied by a detailed video demonstration and audio guidance. Additionally, you have the option to include optional blocks to expand your session if desired.

The Power Program is designed around several key focus areas:

  • Full-body strength training with exercises such as knuckle push-ups, rotational push-ups, side lunges, and Cossack squats, along with core exercises. If you have a pull-up bar, you can incorporate it optionally.
  • Upper-body focus with a chest-and-abs combination. Strong abs are not just about appearance—they enhance endurance and power. Building strength in both the upper and lower body, along with a solid core, ensures effective power transfer throughout your body.
  • Lower-body focus with leg-strengthening exercises. Often overlooked, the legs are a fundamental pillar of a powerful body. Explosive movements are included to develop thighs that are both strong and reactive.
  • Stretching to release muscle tension and relax the muscles after training. Optional but highly recommended to finish your sessions.
