The Hike programme lasts three weeks with three sessions each week. Each session is around fifteen minutes long, including recovery. The programme follows a series of repetitions designed to give you the perfect physical preparation for walking, hiking, cycling, trekking, and even running. You can train wherever you like, with no equipment, using only your bodyweight in just a few minutes. This short but complete format makes it easy to fit real preparation into your weekly routine, whether you are a beginner or already active before your big hike or trekking adventure.

Every exercise focuses on a key skill for hiking or trekking, or to improve your overall fitness for these activities and running. You will get short but effective workouts to strengthen your body, manage effort more efficiently, stabilise your posture, improve endurance, and prevent injuries on all types of terrain. Every step you take on a hike should be supported by a solid, stable, and resilient base, with strong legs and secure footing. The aim is to stay healthy while exercising and to prepare your muscles to avoid injuries, particularly in the knees and feet, which are common in running, hiking, walking, and trekking.

With FizzUp, no two sessions are ever the same. Every exercise has a clear purpose to make you a stronger, more stable, more enduring, and more confident hiker. The exercises work your legs, your cardio, and your shoulders, which is essential for tackling demanding terrain with a backpack. Whether you are getting back into exercise, preparing for a big hike, or simply looking for a more functional body, the Hike programme is designed to guide you.

FizzUp helps you progress step by step with clear videos, guidance on proper form, and intensity options if you want to challenge yourself. Each session adapts to your level, your energy, and your motivation that day.

If you want to fully enjoy your hikes without knee or leg pain, without early muscle fatigue, and with a body ready to tackle every climb, this programme is made for you. Whether you are just starting out and want a simple, guided, equipment-free plan that really improves your fitness, balance, and endurance, you are in the right place. It doesn’t matter if you already hike, trek, or even cycle. With FizzUp’s Hike programme, you will strengthen your muscles, improve your posture, and learn to manage your effort on both ascents and descents. The FizzUp method takes care of your body and your health by offering sessions without unnecessary impact, focusing on targeted exercises that work your legs, feet, arms, shoulders, and help stabilise your steps with your backpack.

Even if you have never followed a training programme before, every exercise is accessible, guided, and adapted to your level.
