The Secret to a Perfect Life

Everyone tries to build the ideal life… one that fits our idea of happiness and perfection. Today, I’m going to tell you my secret to having a perfect life, because it IS possible and is something that anyone can achieve!

What is perfection?

Today’s society is built on the notion of what’s ideal. It makes us think that our lives would be perfect if we had a certain attitude, lifestyle or way of thinking. The pursuit of perfection is everywhere and is constantly raising our expectations. But have you already asked yourself what perfection actually is? Perfection is the standardized frame of reference that brings out who we are: ideally someone without any flaws. Perfection as a frame of reference is entirely built by a consumer society, which defines trends, codes of behavior and the ways in which we consume. As you can see, perfection isn’t a concept that we create; it’s imposed on us by society. As a result, we’re stuck between a rock and a hard place which, at first glance, seems to have no escape. But what I see here is an incredible opportunity to free yourself and even go beyond the boundaries of your own freedom.

Your imperfections show your perfection

Usually, our imperfections come out during adolescence, when coming of age means becoming a member of society and idealizing who we really are. That’s when society ingrains our mind with ideals, which are then what dictate our behavior. We consciously and/or unconsciously create the building blocks of who we are and our idea of a perfect life. My goal is to make you more aware of this lasting impression, which you can easily change. Doing this will transform your perception of your imperfections and your ability to react to them in such a way so that your perfect life becomes what you’re living now and who you are today! Instead of worrying about having the perfect future, learn how to enjoy the present moment with all the positive things that make you who you are. Look for, recognize and make the most of the different characteristics of who you are by freeing yourself from the standardized idea of perfection, because at the end of the day, your imperfections are what make you perfect!

Bring out the best in yourself with exercise

To achieve mental balance, you need to make changes in how you look at life and interpret it in a new way. To do that, you’re going to need help. Exercise is the best way to make lasting changes in your life:

Exercise will also help you bring out the best in yourself and give you the tools you need to change your perspective so that you can accept yourself as you are. It will lift weight off of your shoulders, making it easier for you to keep moving forward. And lastly, exercise is the best way to live a better life.
