What does the FizzUp goal “Become an Athlete” include?

One of the biggest differences between this FizzUp goal and the others is that it improves your physique and athletic abilities as a whole, without putting an emphasis on losing weight or building muscle. It focuses on perfecting your overall physical fitness. All your muscle groups are targeted using this program specially designed by the FizzUp trainer, who activates every Add-on.

You turn into an athlete when your musculature is dry, sculpted and uniform. The Athlete program is more demanding, especially because of the shorter, 10-second rest time between exercises, which builds your endurance. You’ll optimize your muscle fatigue as you exercise and see that you can still keep going. The result? You’ll get prominent muscles and a sculpted body.

VYour workout is longer, more intense and works your entire body. This is what triggers the EPOC (or “afterburn”) effect. In addition to functional strength training exercises, you’ll also do exercises using high-intensity interval training (HIIT). In order to give you enough energy during the exercise, your body actively burns stored body fat for up to 48 hours after your workout. Even when you’re at rest, you continue to burn fat to get a more sculpted physique.

More experienced athletes can start this program right away. If you’re a beginner, the FizzUp trainer recommends waiting until you’ve gained more athletic skills and know-how. After you complete the first three levels of the FizzUp application, you’ll be able to try the more demanding workout program.
