Ingredients (makes 4 servings):

  • 150 g red cabbage
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Prep:

Start by preheating the oven to 355°F (180°C). Then, mix the red cabbage and rolled oats together in a blender or food processor. Add the egg, applesauce and cinnamon. Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake for 30 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
